Delivery dates can range in time from one to two weeks depending on the size of the order. Once an order is processed a more exact delivery time will be emailed to you.
Please Note: All orders are processed and then shipped from the United States where the books are printed. Because of delivery originating in the United States be aware that customs, import duties, taxes or brokerage fees may be levied once the package reaches your destination (this fee will be a charge on delivery and will be over and above the shipping fees that you pay upfront). These fees are typically applied to orders of multiple items. Allow additional time for customs processing and delivery to regions outside major cities.
Return Policy:
- New merchandise may be retuned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the merchandise cost only (we are unable to reimburse shipping costs). Items must be returned in unused/unmarked/sellable condition. Refunds will be issued to the customer in the same method of payment that the products were purchased with and once the goods have been returned to Deeper Ministries in sellable condition.
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item from us please contact us so that we can correct this for you. We will gladly ship a replacement and assist you with your return.
- Any return that does not comply with the above policy may be rejected at our discretion.
